OPTIMUM Technical Solutions, Inc.® (OTS) is a company developed for the purpose of integrating people and technology through technical training, custom application development and consulting services

The core of OTS's business consists of custom application development and consulting services. Rental space for technical computer-training is also an integral part of the business and includes training in Geographic Information Systems and Microsoft Office products; however, training in other feasible software applications, such as applications developed by OTS, is also available.

In addition, OTS is a Strategic Partner with MapInfo Corporation, a desktop mapping software developer, ateb, Inc., a developer of Interactive Voice Response systems and custom software development shop, and SunPlus Data Group, Inc., a software development shop.
