About OTS
OPTIMUM Technical Solutions, Inc.® (OTS) is a company developed for the purpose of integrating people and technology through technical training, custom application development and consulting services. The core of OTS's business consists of custom application development and consulting services. Rental space for technical computer-training is also an integral part of the business and includes training in Geographic Information Systems and Microsoft Office products; however, training in other feasible software applications, such as applications developed by OTS, is also available. In addition, OTS is a Strategic Partner with MapInfo Corporation, a desktop mapping software developer, ateb, Inc., a developer of Interactive Voice Response systems and custom software development shop, and SunPlus Data Group, Inc., a software development shop.
 OTS Locations
OPTIMUM Technical Solutions, Inc.® is located at 3780 Old Norcross Road, Suite 103 in Duluth, Georgia. All custom application development and consulting services are performed at this location as well as at development shops with which OTS partners. The firm also occupies two off-site training facilities in Duluth, Georgia and Orlando, Florida.

OTS Product Offerings
Products included in OTS's product suite include consulting services, standardized as well as custom computer software training, MapInfo® software, MapInfo® data products and customized applications developed using MapInfo®'s mapping engine. Consulting services offered by OTS include application development utilizing development tools such as Visual Basic®, PowerBuilder, Microsoft Access®, MapBasic®, MapX®, MapXtreme®, JAVA, Active Server Pages, SQL Server, IIS, Visual InterDev, Visual C++ and C#. These software development tools provide for maximum investment and future scalability.
